Giant windows flank the full lenght of our space, letting in natural light that pours over a social house. Pioneers is home to a highly curated, year-round micro-business marketplace, a tea house with coffee and baked items, and plenty of space to gather with friends or knock out some solo work. Our space boasts 3500 sq ft in the middle of downtown Durham with a Zillow walking score of 87. Our white concrete floors, white-painted brick interior, and giant natural light windows make Pioneers the perfect gathering space for your next work event, shower, or celebration.
